DuraVersa 100

Multi-function universal hardness tester — a single instrument supporting Vickers, Knoop, and Rockwell test methods.

The DuraVersa 100 is Struers' universal hardness tester, integrating Vickers (HV), Knoop (HK), and Rockwell (HR) test capabilities in a single instrument, allowing a laboratory to cover all hardness testing requirements without multiple pieces of equipment. The automatic indenter-switching system enables fast and accurate switching between test methods, greatly improving laboratory operating efficiency. Its wide load range of 10 gf to 150 kgf makes it adaptable to materials from soft coatings to hard steels.

Key Features

  • Single instrument supports HV, HK, and HR — three test methods in one
  • Automatic indenter switching — fast method changeover
  • Wide load range 10 gf–150 kgf — adapts to diverse materials
  • Motorised X-Y stage — supports multi-point automatic testing
  • Full statistical analysis and reporting functions

Applications

  • Multi-material research and development laboratories
  • Certification testing requiring multiple hardness standards
  • Hardness gradient analysis of surface treatment layers
  • Multi-function hardness research in universities and research institutions
